What happens in your body when you stop smoking tobacco cigarettes

After 8 hours

As early as 8 hours after you stop smoking, your body will begin to improve. In fact, within these first hours, the first noticeable effect of quitting smoking is no longer: the amount of oxygen in your blood begins to return to normal levels, even if you are already using an e-cig. After 24 hours
